  • No Client or Staff member is to enter the salon if feeling sick or having symptoms related to COVD-19
  • Hand sanitizer will be at all stylists’ stations and front desk area.  Clients must use upon arrival and again once seated in stylist chair
  • All Clients and Staff are required to wear a mask while in the salon.  Clients that do not come with one will have to purchase at $2
  • Stations and tools (including scissors, combs, brushes, clippers and trimmers) will be cleaned and sanitized between each client.  All towels, aprons, capes and smocks will be washed on a hot setting in the washing machine after each use. We will disinfect the POS terminal, countertops, salon door handle after each use.
  • Stylists’ stations will be spaced apart at least two metres to meet the recommended social distancing requirements and partitions are in place
  • Clients must come alone, this means if a person must be escorted to their appointment they must wait in their vehicle, outside or drop off and return later for pickup.  This includes children, spouses etc. as we must keep our capacity at government regulations
  • Until further notice, no beverages will be served
  • Clients will be asked to inform the stylist if they need to use the restroom, we will check to see if its been cleaned and sanitized and free to use
  • All staff will handle retail products, clients will refrain from touching products and excessive areas to avoid the possibility of cross contamination and sanitation of take-home retail products
  • Curbside pickup is still available currently.  Call when you have arrived, and we will process your payment over the phone and bring the products to your vehicle
